Fee Structure

Registration Fee: N$1,800.00 (Non-refundable)
Late Registration: N$2,000.00
Application Form: N$200.00 (Non-refundable)
Student Card: N$100.00 (Non-refundable)
GOLDSTONE T-shirt: N$450.00

Payment Terms: Cash or installment plan

Foreign Students: Pay at least 75% of course fees

Refund Policy

Registration fee, student card fee, and application form fee are non-refundable
Tuition fee refunded proportionally based on time passed before cancellation
Students not admitted for a course receive 100% refund (excluding application form fees)
Students not registered for a course that cannot be offered receive 100% refund
No refunds on fees for foreign students

Academic Performance Discount

Students who obtain at least 85% in the final mark of a course receive a discount on tuition fees:

5% for a certificate course
10% for a diploma course
15% for an advanced diploma course
